60 minute session provided by a qualified counselor.The counselor will help you develop specific goals for the therapy. This will include a broad overall goal as well as more focused goals that may change from session to session. Breaking the overall goal into session-by-session objectives helps to focus on specific parts of the program and make sure all aspects are properly covered.

60 minute session addressing specific concerns surrounding romantic or non-romantic relationships. Helps people explore issues with communication, boundaries and conflict resolution.
Many people think that relationship counseling can only be sought when a breakup or divorce is imminent. However, this might be too late. Relationship counseling should begin as soon as the issues become too much to bear.

60 minute session provided by a qualified counselor, past educator to discuss and provide strategies to help kids and adolescents navigate the challenges of growing up. We will provide a safe space for them to express themselves, develop life navigating coping strategies, and build resilience. It involves helping people bettering themselves and their lives by bringing about necessary changes.
